Started in the Life insurance business with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1964. In 1965 began career in the Property and Casualty business with James E. Roberts of Roberts Insurance Agency in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. In April of 1972 established Brining Insurance Agency in Tonkawa where they continue to sell all lines of Insurance. Brining is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Tonkawa, Lions Club, Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce, Past Chairman of Economic Development Committee and present member. For the last three years Joe has chosen to make retirees the focus of his career. Joe has differentiated himself from the competition with honest, ethical conduct and intensive on-going service. Joe specializes in tax-deferred investments, long-term care risk analysis and wealth transfer. Joe has help many people identify their resources, clarify their insurance needs and plan for a secure future. His commitment to ongoing education is evident in his designation as a Certified Senior Advisor. Earning this designation required a completion of a twenty-two part program of study and passing a rigorous exam to prove his comprehension knowledge of current senior issues including the financial, medical and social aspects of aging.
